Many people develop bad habits that eventually lead to disease such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

Here are some tips to help improve your lifestyle.

  1. Get enough sleep, minimum 7 hours, maximum 8 hours. This means sleeping properly and not consuming caffeine in the hour before bed. Caffeine blocks the production of melatonin hormones and makes it harder to fall asleep. Your bedroom should be darkened and cleaned.
