Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.
